Hello,

Your high heart rate could be related to different possible causes such as: chronic anemia, thyroid gland dysfunction, anxiety, etc..

I would like to know if you have checked your thyroid hormone levels during your last check up.

If you have not checked them, I would recommend performing this blood lab tests.

I would also like to review your resting ECG for a more professional opinion. The drugs that you are taking may lead to QT prolongation syndrome.

Your actual blood pressure values are a little low too. If you are experiencing lightheadedness or fatigue, your high heart rate could be a physiological reaction to low blood pressure. In such case, I would recommend reducing the blood pressure drugs doses ( if you are taking any) or increase salt and fluids intake ( in case you are not taking antihypertensive therapy actually).
