Brief Answer:
Yes - AZO does color things (including urine) orange.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Yes, Azo (phenazopyridine) can color the urine a reddish orange. This is expected. It can stain cloth too. And if you chew the pills, it can stain your mouth.

So no worries if the orange color started after taking Azo.

I notice that you are taking ibuprofen, I assume for urinary pain. NSAIDs like ibuprofen can cause more irritation sometimes. So unless that is the only thing that helps, I would refrain from using it for urinary symptoms.

Do push lots of water (and cranberry as you are doing). And if you develop flank pain, nausea, fever, or the urinary symptoms are not going away, then it is time to go in to be seen.

I hope this answers your question.
