Brief Answer:
I need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
This can be due to side effect of any drug that you might be taking or can be due to Jaundice.
I would like to know following:
1. Since when are you having this?
2. For what purpose are you taking the medicines you have mentioned?
3. By any chance are you taking any other drug for tuberculosis or urine infection? Drugs like Rifampicin and nitrofurantoin can cause such urine discoloration.
4. Any jaundice or yellowish discoloration of eyes?
5. Any clay or white coloured stools?
6. Any history of gall bladder stones or Anemia?

Revert with these details preferably in point wise manner for a better help.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome back.
See Diclofenac and Atorvastatin are the two drugs that can harm liver.
However with the current symptoms this is important to rule out Obstructive Jaundice.
I advice you following:
1. Ultrasound abdomen.
2. Liver function test.
3. Urine routine and microscopy.
Revert back to me with the reports
