What Causes Outward Position Of Clitoris?

Question: i have recently noticed that my bartholin cyst has gone away slightly , but i have noticed and i feel like my clitoris is slightly outward and does not look normal... or im not sure... is it supposed to be inside my skin or popped outward... just curious...
