Question: hi doctor i have to much pain after i urrin and after i make love and always pain my low back and low stomack .everytime i have to go pee even is verry small pie
and i fell uncomfortable
i went to emergency they took my pie and they said i dont have infection
he said that maybe i have prostat enlargment and he gove me tamuculin 0.4
but when i went online i got bad review about side effect and can cuz cuma and low pressure and thank u

Have you ever had bleeding in your sperms?
Please get a Semen analysis and a Semen culture done.
This will clarify about the infection.
Start Tab Nitrofurantoin SR 100mg twice a day after you have given the samples and continue it for 14 days and drink plenty of water - like 4 to 5 liters a day.
Secondly, Tamsulosin does not cause much side effects if your BP is in the normal range.
