What Causes Pain After Urination?

Question: hi,
I had a uti in April and had some antibiotics for it I had to stop half way through the course because it gave me bad side effects. Since then I have still been having some symptoms of a uti. it is not as painful as the initial infection but continues to hurt long after I have finished urinating. I have had 3 courses of anti biotics, a triple swab done which came back negative, a chlamydia test that came back negative and a cystitis urine test that was also negative I have attached this. what do you think could be the problem.XXXX

Brief Answer:
Hi
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
If all your test reports are negative and if you had your antibiotics correctly then you DO NOT HAVE UTI.
You might be having symptoms similar to uti due to bladder irritation for some other (non infectious ) reason.
What exactly are your symptoms:
Is there frequent urge, excess urine, pain, burning , incontinence, fever?
Which of these and for how long each?
Feel free to consult me directly

when I need the toilet I will usually need it quite bad there's no burning while urinating but after it will hurt around the clitoris / urethral area for a few hours after almost like a pain as if something was rubbing on it continually and then within this pain I was get acute pains like a pin prick if I move my muscles as if I was about to start urinating. after a few hours the pain will gradually decrease but not go away completely.. then I will urinate again and the pain will start again. I have been tested for candia was negative but before that I was treating myself with cream and tablets and it still didn't go away. I'm very frustrated as I don't know what's wrong with me but the pain is still there. I don't think it would feel as bad if I knew nothing was damaging me long term.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
I do not think it is UTI but something similar to it.
You will need to get sonography pelvis and a urodynamic study and follow up with me to find the exact cause and get it treated.
