What Causes Pain Along Hip Joint?

default
Posted on Fri, 11 Jul 2014
Question: Hip pain. 45 years old, 5'11" 200lbs, no health related issues. On going hip pain ranging from mild to severe and usually in warm weather. Can usually 'walk' it off and after a few minutes of mobility pain dissipates. On-going for a number of years X-ray revealed nothing. Currently run an average of 3miles a day with no problem or pain after a few minute walk to warm up. Using Advil to manage pain. Any idea on cause or ways to alleviate pain?
