What Causes Pain And Bloating In Right Upper Abdomen?

Question: I am experiencing a dull continuous pain (with a feeling of bloating in the abdomen) that has worsened over the last few days. Today I have not passed gas or had a bowel movement so I am worried that this is something I should go into emergency for?

The pain is on the upper right side just under the rib cage and the pain radiates around to the back. Several days ago the pain was on both sides. My urine today has been much darker than normal.

Yes, I think you should visit ER at once.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen will give the most probable diagnosis, along with tests of blood and urine.
