Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Dysuria, Flank pain with burning / painful micturition can be due to a urinary tract infection and/or a urinary tract stone. Urinalysis, Urine Culture sensitivity testing and an ultrasound of the abdomen /pelvis should be advised. X ray KUB can also be done. Treatment would depend on the cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
