Brief Answer:
Possibility of a pinched nerve to be considered.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your symptoms of pain coming down the back of your thigh is suggestive of a pinched nerve supplying the area. This often results from an intervertebral disc pressing on the nerve fibers and increases when one bends forward.
If you are able to see a neurologist or able to have MRI of the lumbosacral spine, this may be confirmed. If it is not possible, we can opt for a therapeutic trial.
Do get back to me if you have further questions.
