Question: Having pain in left breast since 2 days.It's on extreme side ..feels sore while touching. Getting a bit of burning sensation. Periods are not due till 27th Sep.

Pain and burning sensation in the breast can be due to breast abscess, fibroadenoma or fibroadenosis.
Sometimes, trauma to the breasts can lead to fat necrosis which causes such symptoms.
Proper diagnosis can be made by detailed examination and investigations including ultrasound of breasts and biopsy, if required.
The further treatment should be done accordingly.
