What Causes Pain And Crackling Sound In Knee While Bending?

Most likely due to Osteoarthritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to osteoarthritis. Taking a X ray of knee and consultation with an orthopedician will be helpful to rule out the condition.
If it is mild to moderate stages conservative therapy will be helpful. You can do ice pack application or heat application which will give relief. Reducing some body weight also helps. You can also wear osteoarthritis knee brace to reduce loading to joint. Over the counter NSAIDs like ibuprofen ( motrin ) can be used if pain is more. Injection of corticosteroids or hyaluronic acid may help if there is no improvement.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
