Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Thanks for posting to us.
It will be fine if you can give few more details.
Is the groin pain also on the left side?
Is this associated with increased frequency of urination or any discoloration of urine?
Any other features like fever or nausea?
Do you have past history of renal stones/ureteric colic?
Can you feel any swelling in the groin?
Is the groin pain increasing on coughing?
Kindly get back with details, so that I can guide you better.

Brief Answer:
ureteric colic to be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for the information given.
Your symptoms are more suggestive of ureteric colic, which is usually caused by stone/calculus.
With varying position of the calculus, pain can be referred to lower abdomen (including flanks and back), groin as well as testicle.
Other features like severe pain with nausea and vomiting comes only with severe obstruction.
Other less likely possibilities are varicocele (but usually will not cause back pain), partial testicular torsion, upper urinary tract infection etc
A physical examination and an urine routine test will guide us further. So kindly see your doctor for evaluation. Depending on the situation, you may be asked for an ultrasound also.
Meanwhile you can take simple analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen if needed. Also drink enough fluid.
Hope this will answer your query.
Be free to ask if you need further clarification.
Wishing you a faster cure.
Thank you.
