What Causes Pain And Dryness Inside The Nose?
Question: The inside of my nose hurts all the time and feels dry or like I have a sore inside and if I touch our squeeze the bridge of my nose it feels like I have a sharp booger o so,etching in there but I can breathe and blow my nose...I've also been using some vasaline inside my nose as well

Is there any history of nose picking?
How is the climate at your place ? Is it cold and dry?
Any history of sinusitis?
I would suggest you to follow few steps
1) Saline nasal spray or rinse thrice daily to loose scab with easy cleaning
2) Avoid nose picking , cut your finger nails
3) Avoid staying in air conditioned room for long
4) Antihistaminic levocetirizine at night to decrease secretion , itching & congestion inside nose .
5 ) steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, few times a day.
Follow this measures for 5 to 7 days, if symptoms persist I would suggest you to see ENT specialist.
