What Causes Pain And Heaviness In The Abdomen, Headache And Chills?
Question: my son is complaining of a heavy feeling in his stomach which is keeping him from resting. his whole stomach hurts . I think he means his colon as well. He was felling headache and chills earlier in the evening.
Heavy like a rock. said he could not go to bathroom. asked if he tried tor urinate, he said no and has gone back to bed.

I think your son is complaining of symptoms which are acute in nature and sometimes equal to a serious problem. If the abdomen is rock hard he is exhibiting guarding which is generally seen in serious problems like obstruction, volvolus, peptic ulcer gastritis.
Check his Blood pressure and pulse as well. High fever and chills add more to the seriousness. Not able to pass urine is a bad symptom as well which is equal to shock.
I suggest you to reach the Emergency room.
