                                    Brief Answer:
take tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid tablet
Detailed Answer:
Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
Ideally you should not have bleeding for so long after a surgical abortion. Retained products after surgical abortion is rare.pain and heavy bleeding can be treated by tablet mefenamic acid thrice a day and tranexamic acid thrice a day.
If still bleeding persists please request your doctor for an ultrasound To check whether any products are retained. If bleeding decreases then next period usually will be fine. Take multivitamin as you had prolonged bleeding this cycle. Hope this was helpful.
Thanks
