What Causes Pain And Irritation In Penis With Frequent Urination?

Question: hi i am having pain and irritation on penis with frequent urine mild pain when ints get erection . i have done urine routine check and also culture , nothing got found . even i done USG no stone or any such thing got found . i dont have sugar also . i feel inside of vain in penis some uneasy and pinching pain and more urine ( in an hour like 3 times) but if i work than dont get the urine . i Took TIDAZOLE and got some relief . i took it all most for 15days but once i stopped again it started . pls advice

Possible fungal infection.

Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

In the presence of normal ultrasound and c/s reports, the possibility of a resistant fungal infection is high.

Such infections are not routinely detected on culture.

Tinidazole is not effective against such infections.

For an effective symptomatic control, I prescribe to my patients with oral pills of FLUCONAZOLE 200 for 3 consecutive days.Please check with your physician if he shares my view and of can prescribe them to you.

I advise you to take 1 glass full of Cranberry juice for 7 days to prevent such infections.

dear sir

i taken all ready 2 more . scenario is- pain is gone but urine frequency is not coming down WITH icing at pains mouth . just to tell you that the after mustarbration feels more uncomfortable little pain . today i done many check up . STD/HIV1 AND HIV2 (which is negative ) . Sugar both fasting and PP both are normal like 98.7 and 110.6

URIC ACID , CREATININE, THYROID, ALL MORNAL

IGE - little up - 228.7 and AEC IS UP 566.

pls suggest

I can certainly understand your concerns.

Avoid Masturbation for a while.

For improvement of symptoms of urinary frequency, and I advise you to go with tab Urispas for 3 days which I generally recommend to my patients.

Likewise Oral pills of Hetrazan one tab thrice a day for 21 days will be helpful since you seem to have grossly elevated AEC which could suggest a parasitic infection.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.
