What Causes Pain And Numbness In Arm Bone, Swollen Fingers And Stiff Neck?

Question: hi, my mom is quite ill and her arm bone is aching and fingers swell up. Her arm is numb and cant lift things up. Also her neck is stiff and doctors said overall her body bones are weak "osteoporosis" possible is. Cant exactly tell you if it is or not cause don't know the exact translation of what it is in medical term language. She is in Mongolia and her blood test shows 400 ( dunno what the number is for ) is thick and black colour?
I wish to know what it is. I live in AU so could only write what I heard from mum.

It is possible she is suffering from arthritis as well.

She needs blood tests and xrays of the involved bones and joints.

After that we can arrive at the right diagnosis.

She can wear a cervical collar for the neck. Take pain killers for the pain till then. Calcium and Vitamin D supplements are needed.

Get blood tests Complete blood count, ESR, CRP, Rheumatoid factor, Serum Uric acid.
