What Causes Pain And Swelling In Left Ankle Post An Injury?
Question: I had an injury around 3 weeks back in my left ankle . There was a lot of swelling right after injury .However I applied hot water massage and Volini ointment and in 3 -4 days it goes normal . Still after 3 week I feel very acute pain at the injury and if I stress the ankle
, swelling come back . Please suggest .

Thanks for writing again.If you have no pain in routine than no need for x ray.Avoid excessive walking,running .Take pain killer as par required and once daily B-complex.
