Brief Answer:
It can be inflammatory swelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having pain and swelling under right eye with pain on blinking.
These symptoms indicate inflammatory swelling of the glands of the eye lids like hordeolum.

This requires treatment by the use of antiinflammatory drugs and antibiotic eye drops or eye ointments.

If possible do send a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you more accurately.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
It is hordeolum.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the follow up question.

I reviewed the photo attached with the question.
It confirms the diagnosis of hordeolum because of inflammation of the glands of the eye lids secondary to probable bacterial infection.

This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops or eye ointments as I mentioned in my previous answer.
Use of analgesic drugs and hot compression to the eyelid from skin side by using a clean cloth or cotton dipped in warm water will provide symptomatic relief.
The condition takes about 3-5 days for complete cure.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
It be because of irritation of the throat.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the follow up question.

The feeling of lump in the throat is not related to eye condition. This can be because of irritation of inflammation in the throat. Use of warm salt water gargling will provide symptomatic relief.

If the symptoms persist you need to consult your doctor for examination of the throat and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
