Brief Answer:
need to be evaluated properly

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your headache of severe intensity, blurring of vision and dizziness with only five days complains are worrisome and need to be evaluated properly.
Similar episodes previously may be primary in nature but such symptoms complex appearing recently only need attention. You must consult a neurologist for fundus examination and evaluation for CT head.
