Need morre information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ma'am
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If you provide some more information it will be helpful.
Is the pain constant?
Or provoked by food intake or hunger or exertion?
Is there more pain after fatty food intake?
When it started?
Do you have nausea?
Have you undergone any abdominal surgeries before?
It can be due to gastritis or gall bladder related problem. In case of gastritis applying warm water bag will give you relief. You can also take proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole (Nexium) once daily before break fast. Taking antacid syrups like gaviscon also helps. Better to get an ECG (ekg) to rule out cardiac related pain to be on safe side.
If there is no improvement then ultrasound examination of abdomen should be done to rule out gall bladder problems and to know the exact status.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

It is better to do an ultrasound examination to rule out liver and gall bladder related problems in such case. Presently you can apply warm water bag on abdomen, take Nexium and gaviscon.
