What Causes Pain And Tightness In The Left Testicle?

I'm 21 years old and for the few days I have a pain in my left testicle like I either got kicked or tightening feeling, I have been masturbating this whole week and sometimes 2-3 times for a day and the pain kicks in after 9-10 hours since thursday night going on friday but it doesn't last all day more like I think half. When I add slight pressure the tightening feeling stop at the hip from the testicle. I'm not sure on what to do and at around 5:30-6ish the pain was like I got kicked there not intense pain to where I'm crying or anything but like I accidentally smacked myself down there. And I get really discomfort when I walk normal.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Testicle mostly due to either Epididymis(Epididymitis) or Testicle (Orchitis).
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .
Ensure to refrain from any sexual activities like masturbation till it gets cured completely .
Take the prescription from your family physician .
Ensure to drink more water .
