What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Feet?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Possibility of neuropathy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Abnormal feeling and pain in distal portion of lower limb bilaterally may be due to length dependent neuropathy.
At this age there may be many causes for such a disease like diabetes, vitamin deficiency(B12), deranged renal function, liver functions, Myeloma, toxins. As diabetes has been tested the other testing could be done by blood test, urine for bence XXXXXXX protein, serum immunoelectrophoresis for myeloma.
First you must visit a neurologist who can examine you and then advice appropriate investigations like nerve conduction test & blood tests.
If you have associated back pain and urinary complains then possibility of lumbosacral radiculopathy may be another possibility in this scenario.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
