Brief Answer:
Nerve pinching or entrapment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The pain, tingling in the inner thigh area is usually due to pinching of the nerve supplying that particular area. This is ilioinguinal nerve in the upper thigh and anterior cutaneous femoral nerve in the mid and lower part of inner thigh.
The nerve roots are from lumbar vertebrae hence MRI of the lumbar spinal area may give a clue as to the cause.
The ilioinguinal nerve can get entrapped in the inguinal canal area by hernia or fibromuscular problem although these are rare in female patients.
I would advise you to get a clinical evaluation, examination by your Doctor for inguinal hernia any pelvic pathology and get necessary investigations to get the cause so that a proper management can be done.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to give feedback and ask for any further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communications.
