And here is what she provided me:
July 10,2017
I was sitting down working on a project when my eyes went crossed and I suddenly felt as if I were drugged. It became very hard to speak and my speech was extremely slurred. When I tried to get up I almost fell my muscles weren't working right . I was taken to the hospital with a possible stroke . I had all the symptoms of having a stroke . Drs wanted an MRI but I can't have one because I have a spinal cord stimulator. So they did a CT scan , EEG, blood work . They couldn't find anything so they said I should see my psychiatrist for conversion disorder. I discharged myself the next day . I continued to have speech , balance, muscle spasms, and left side of face is achy and tingling, with pain in my eye. (this is all on my left side , the right doesn't seem to be affected) A week later I went back to the hospital, a different one and they performed the same tests and couldn't find anything. Once again they said conversion disorder. Around the 2nd week I experienced another feeling of being severely drugged . I was sitting down , I can feel these coming on . I can't speak or move and my eyes are starring straight ahead . My muscles aren't jerking or anything but I can't move . Then I can feel myself coming out of it . At the time this is happening I'm aware of everything. I get really shaky all over afterwards . I saw a neurologist on 8/17 he did the normal neurological tests , finger touching nose , walking etc. he didn't order any other tests. He said conversion disorder. I disagree.
My speech has improved somewhat and my walking. Even when I'm laying down or sitting, I get dizzy... room spinning, and facial & eye pain , numbness left side of face down to my lips . My face feels droopy but isn't . Muscle spasms still . The fatigue has lessened somewhat, but I still get very tired out very easily. Now you have to understand before this happened I was always moving and doing stuff . I'm a very active person . No stress in my life, I'm always happy, I love my life . Another thing I've noticed is my brain is foggy , my cognitive reflexes are off . If I'm trying to read it takes me a moment to understand what I read or when I look at the clock it doesn't register right away what time it is . I feel as if I'm slightly drugged trying to get through the day . Here are her meds:
Lithium carbonate ER 450mg q.d
Escitalipram 15mg q.d.
MS Contin 30mg q.d.
Venlafaxine HCL ER 225mg q.d.
Trazadone 100mg as needed for sleep
Homeopathic medicine required

Hello xxxxxxx
As per your treating physician he has diagnosed for Multiple sclerosis or chlamydia. (Correct me if wrong)
Understand this is difficult to make diagnosis without the proper investigation. MS might be the primary diagnosis in your case but you might be require to go certain test to confirm the diagnosis.
