What Causes Pain Around Rib Cage And Large Mass In Breast?
Question: dr kept telling me all the pain in ribs was anxiety pains, then they shot through breast and all around rib cage and my back, so i went to gyno and have a large mass in that breast, not painful, swelling above that breast and pain in armpit. today my veins are very noticable all over and little purple ones are popping up as well, found a weird squiggly inverted line in my leg by my ankle, looked like a worm, it has somewhat faded unless i push the area around it. still have bright veins and purple areas showing all over legs. my chest veins are blue and everywhere! alll my usual rib and back pains are still present but today im having little burning sensations all over, like deep inside. im suppose to have a breast ultra sound tomorrow morning but with how fast all the veins are showing up and the burning im wondering if i need to go to the er.

2. Good that you have planned for Ultrasound breast, which will help to evaluate the nature of the breast lump and its source and extensions (involvement of the chest wall ) and the axillary region scan will help to check for lymph nodal enlargement.
3.After the scan, an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology / BIOPSY may be necessary to find out the histological diagnosis.
4. The possible cause of your leg signs and symptoms is varicosities. For which you need to get a venous doppler study performed to confirm the diagnosis.
5.The treatment will be depend on the stage and presence of incompetent perforator ( from elevated legs while lying, stockings to operative procedure )
