Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like Musculoskeletal pain around hip joint and lower back.I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints.
Pain in the Testis could be due to infection and associated inflammation. I prescribe antibiotic like Levofloxacin 250 mg twice daily and Anti inflammatory tablet twice daily for 1 week to my patients. Enlarged groin lymph nodes are commonly due to infection.
Ultrasound scrotum, FNAC(Fine Needle aspiration cytology )will give a clue.Ultrasound abdomen will tell us the Kidney status.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
