                                            Question : I have pain at my belly button like I've been wearing pants way too tight but I have not. THe pain is just to the right of my belly button and I have shortness of breath.

Thanks for providing the additional information.
Since it is painful to touch and occurs when you contract your abdominal muscles, it is more likely that the pain is muscular is origin.
Give rest to abdominal muscles - do not lift heavy weights. Take tylenol for pain relief.
If there is no relief with tylenol, then you may have to undergo tests like an abdominal xray in erect posture and an ultrasound scan to find the cause.
