Brief Answer:
Muscular pain is the most likely cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing the additional information.
Since it is painful to touch and occurs when you contract your abdominal muscles, it is more likely that the pain is muscular is origin.
Give rest to abdominal muscles - do not lift heavy weights. Take tylenol for pain relief.
If there is no relief with tylenol, then you may have to undergo tests like an abdominal xray in erect posture and an ultrasound scan to find the cause.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr.R.K
