Brief Answer:
Get your ultrasound scan.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for the answers.
Most likely cause of stitches site pain from previous c- section during pregnancy can be due to scar tissue, bladder wall adhere from uterus, overexersion, constipation, posterior lying placenta.
To rule out the cause you should consult a Gynecologist and get your ultrasound scan done to see scar tissue, bladder is adhere or not, posterior lying placenta.
You should avoid constipation ( if it is their) with high fibre diet and you should take rest.
You can take anaforton tablet after consulting your treating doctor.
Please get back to us with your ultrasound scan report.
Good luck.
Regards

Hello dear,
Sorry for the delay in my response.
Before giving my opinion about it,I want to tell you that I had made a mistake in our previous discussion and I feel very sorry about that.
The medications which I prescribed you are the prescription drugs and can only be taken under supervision of a doctor and after consultation with your treating doctor because they are having so many side effects. ( this is the rule of our hcm we should not write the prescription medications online because we can not examine the patient or sometimes it can be dangerous also, because of their side effects) .
So you should consult with your doctor about those medications and only consume after your doctor opinion.
Sorry once again, hope you forgive me.
Yes,you can take folic acid and calcium tablets.
