Brief Answer:
Please describe the nature of pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

I would be glad to know-
If the pain radiates only on one side or both the sides?
How does the pain feel(like dull aching, stabbing etc)?
How frequent is it?Is it associated with any vision disturbances/blurring, loss of consciousness, vomiting?
How does the pain subside?
Although the duration is increasing I would like to know how long does it last roughly?
What factors that aggravate your pain?
Do you have any previous history of sinusitis/nose block?
What medications have you been taking?

Await for your kind reply.

The pain is primarily on top of head, dull aching originally occuring 1-2x/day but today most of day The pain subsides quickly No loss of consciousness nor vomiting It feels at times an ache behind my eyes but I'm not sure if that's radiating pain from top of head Have had sinusitis in past Recently started on Myrbetriq 25mg Am on no other medications There seems to be no factors that aggravate my pain It just comes on Just noticed today that pain radiated to both ears for 1st time but not for long In the past 2 wks pain came and left maybe lasting 5-10 min but as I said before it lasted most of today

Brief Answer:
Can be due to myrbetriq

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for sharing the information.

One of the possibilities is Myrbetriq which is know to cause headache as a side effect in more than 2% of patients(seen in clinical studies).I were to suggest to discuss with your doctor in this regard to rule out the possibility.Secondly and more importantly, I were also to check your ocular pressures since high pressures manifest as headache and eye pain.Myrbetriq is also known to increase intraocular pressure.

Hope this answers your query.
