Question : i get a pain behind my left eye as soon as i cry. the ache lasts for a couple of days.
i have had my eye tested and an MRI of my eye and these appear all clear.

Simple paracetamol tablet will help. As per medical literature, paracetamol can be taken upto 4000 mg per day, not exceeding 1000 mg at a time.
It could be due to stress or anxiety. Please be relaxed. Practice breathing exercises. It will come down.
