You are having pain on deep breathing. This is commonly seen with pleurisy (inflammation of pleura) and most common cause for this is lung infection.
So get done chest x ray first toh rule out lung infection.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for lung infection.
Sometimes simple musculoskeletal pain can be the cause.
