Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good evening. Thanks for the information. It is good that you do not consume alcoholic beverages and do not smoke as well.
Eating out could be a reason of your discomfort in the abdomen. Your intestinal mucosa could be intolerant to some of the components of food, found specially in fast food, which might have resulted in such symptom. Also I am not aware if amebiasis is rampant in your area as it is in some of the region over here , which also gets into the intestine due to eating food from outside which might have been cooked in not a very healthy environment.
If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a stool test for ova and cyst, and treat the same if positive for any of the two, which might relieve your symptoms. Apart from it , I would also prescribe a proton pump inhibitor for you to reduce the acid secretion.
If the above measures do not relieve your symptoms or it increases in its intensity, I would refer you to a gastro-enterologist for a possible endoscopic examination of your GI tract, apart from an ultrasound of whole abdomen to rule out any intraabdominal problem.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ! Good evening. My regrets for the delay in response.
Nice to know that the pain has vanished.
As I already advised you early, the best food for you would be a high roughage diet with plenty of liquids and avoid oily, and fried food. Take fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. And go for a regular exercise programme depending on your medical fitness.
Thanks and take care. Dr Shareef.
