Brief Answer:
Need clinical evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The symptoms your reported does not match any serious organic medical pathology. In the absence of pain and associated complaints I will not relate to a serious medical problem.

Since you feel a mass out there, it is worthwhile to get it examined by a doctor. If deemed necessary, he/she will order for an ultrasound scan to prove the mass / cause of mass.

Do not be worried about a serious problem. Visit a local doctor for examination and evaluation.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
