What Causes Pain Below Knees Upon Physical Activity?

Last year I ran a marathon (5km) run. Since then whenever I do 10-15 mins of activity that involves running or jumping say dancing or running on a thread mill, the area above my foot and below my knee (shin) pains. The pain remains for sometime and if I take some rest it disappears but reappears as soon as I do some activity. The pain I feel is on the bones and not on the muscles.
I am attaching a recent full body medical test. Please suggest.
Thanks,
XXXX
Vitamin D3 deficiency likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the shin and above the foot after an exercise is likely to be due to Vitamin D3 or magnesium deficiency. You can get these levels checked.
I suggest you to consult a physician and get prescribed vitamin D and magnesium supplements. Your symptoms should improve with that. Also eat magnesium rich foods like bananas, beans, chickpeas, fish, nuts, soybeans, spinach etc which are natural sources of magnesium.
Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
