Hi

Dear Ms,
The pain is likely to be musculoskeletal pain with associated spasm.
I would require additional information
1. How long has the pain been present?
2. Is there redness in overlying skin?
3. Is there any swelling?
4. Is there any pain while moving the arm or raising the arm?
Local application of hot water compressess and analgesic like Ibuprofen may provide the much needed relief.
D get back to me with details.
