Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

I am sorry to know about the pain you are having you pain can be caused by few things:

1) Constipation:
It can cause pain when faecal matter puts pressure on the walls of the gut this stretch can cause cramping pains.

2) Gas:

This is a common problem in patients with constipation gas accumulates in the gut and this can cause pressure and pain at the area where it gathers.

3) Appendicitis:
This pain is usually in right iliac fossa I would like you to see where is this located on internet images this will make things clear to you. Pain and sharp and severe usually and accompanied by loss of appetite and vomiting which is not the case in your problem so in my opinion is a far possibility but i mentioned it here so that you can discuss this with your doctor.

This pain usually starts from umbilicus and moves to an area at right lower abdomen. A person can exactly point at one particular place where pain is (its not over a large area. And when you bend your right knee to your chest it really hurts. Area is very tender.

MY OPINION:
In my opinion you seem to be having gas or constipation problem which is nothing to worry about and can be dealt with easily.

Relieving the constipation or getting a spasmolytic drug will relieve the pain

Main thing to do in treating the problem is controlling constipation, life style and medical changes .

1) Drink much water.

2) Increase fibre in your food , eat whole wheat products.

3) You can use organic fibre supplements too.

4) Don't strain much during bowel movements.

5) In my clinic i would suggest my patients use spasmolytics like meberverine to relieve pain.

6) Eat less fats and keep meat content of food low..

7) Eat cereals more and vegetables.

8) You can use syrup cremafin to give mild stool softening effect.

9) I would also suggest my patients to use sodium picsulfate or lactulose if they needed more laxative effect.

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
