Brief Answer: Rupture of hymen and small vaginal orifice. Detailed Answer: Hello there, Welcome to Healthcare magic, Nice to meet you here, During initial days of intercourse ,it is difficult to attain pleasure as it involves the rupture of hymen and the vaginal Os [introitus] won’t be large enough to accommodate the male partners genitalia which results in a pain, soreness and discomfort . The act of attaining orgasm during intercourse depends upon the pleasure excited and its action coordinated with the brain, since it is interrupted by pain and discomfort, usually most of the beginners fails to attain orgasm. So, nothing to get panic, everything will be alright in course of time. Try to have safe sexual practise by using contraceptive, since premarital sex with less knowledge on intercourse may likely to contract sexual diseases. Take care. Dr.surendiran.g
