What Causes Pain From Right Hip To Right Foot?

Question: Hello Doctor,
I have this pain on my right hip and when I move my right foot, the sharp pain occurs on my hip bone.
I experienced this pain for 3 years now, and I would like you medical response for me. Can you give me your diagnose or recommendation?

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.You are likely to be having osteoarthritis of hip as it is common in your age.It can be confirmed by x ray of hip joint. X ray and MRI also exclude other causes such as avascular necrosis of hip joints. Diacerine and glucosamine are helpful in osteoarthritis. For pain relief analgesic such as ibuprofen are of help. Further treatment can be decided by x ray of hip. You can visit orthopedic surgeon for treatment.
