What Causes Pain In Abdomen After An Exercise?

Recently I began an increased exercise regimen and experienced "twinges" for over a week culminating in bloated tummy and a full day of significant pain. Both subsided at the end of the day. Could this be a ruptured cyst. The full feeling has come back but to lesser degree.
Not due to ruptured cyst.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The twinges in the abdomen specially after an exercise are not likely to be due to a ruptured cyst.
Since the pain subsided by the end of the day it was muscular pain. This is not worrisome. It can happen due to a sudden increase in exercise or lack of adequate warming up exercises.
Doing too much, too soon and too fast creates problem.
These pains at times may be associated with POTASSIUM deficiency and so foods such as bananas, potatoes, prune juice and dried fruit are to be taken as dietary supplement.
Also, calcium fortified foods like seafood and fish, almonds, flaxseed, oats, prunes, sesame seeds, tofu and XXXXXXX can help to stave off muscle pain & spasm.
Avoid acidic foods and drinks like tomatoes and vinegar which blocks the body’s natural ability to absorb calcium leading to muscle aches & muscle fatigue.
Since your CT scan has ruled out any cysts already there is no need to worry.

Could a cyst affect my hormones. I'm quite worried about ovarian cancer.
Can be due to ovarian cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If the pain was internal then it could be due to ovarian cause or an intestinal problem. An ovarian cyst can affect the hormones. You can get your serum CA 125 levels evaluated to rule out any ovarian malignancy.
