Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to Gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
There could be two reasons for your pain in abdomen(provided pregnancy has been ruled out)
1. Coke: Its known to cause gastritis which causes nausea and vomiting.
2. Pre-menstrual syndrome: Nausea could be present just before onset of menstrual cycle
If the follwoing criteria are fulfilled then there is no reason for rushing to ER
1. Pain is localized and does not persist for long
2. No Fever
3. No distension of abdomen
4. Appetite is normal
I would suggest you the following which will definitely be helpful
1. Stop intake of coke or other caffeinated beverages
2. Gastric acid suppressant along with gastric motility promoting drug: Combination of Pantoprozole( suppresses acid secretion) along with Domperidone( anti nausea action and promotes gastric motility) will be helpful
2. Milk of Magnesia will be helpful
3. Regular intake of meals
4. Consume 2 to 3 liter of water a day
Wishing you a speedy recovery
