Brief Answer:
See a Doctor and get an Ultrasound done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX

you will need to see a Doctor. He might advice an Ultrasound of the abdomen and kidneys. It might be a kidney stone which could be passing down. Do you have any burning while passing urine or any blood during urination? Does the pain move anywhere from the left side of the abdomen to your thigh or testicles? Your Doctor might require answer to these questions. You can have pain killer medicines or anti-spasmodics meanwhile for pain relief.

Take care and let me know if I can help you with any more queries.
Take care,
Dr Rishi.
