Brief Answer:
gallbladder/stomach/pancreas

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
There are a number of things that could be causing your problems with stomach pain, weakness and multiple soft stools. The most common thing would be gallstones. This would flare up especially when you eat meals with fat in them. There could also be a stomach ulcer. Eating would release more acid and that could flare up the ulcer. Pancreatitis is also possible. When you eat you release pancratic enzymes and this could cause pain if there were some blockage. However people usually have a lot of nausea with pancreatic pain. I do not know a way to narrow this down more without an exam and blood tests so please see your doctor for an exam as soon as possible. In the mean time avoid foods with high fat content and make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
I hope you are feeling better soon.

Brief Answer:
bland foods

Detailed Answer:
hello and thanks for your follow up.
Seeing a gastroenterologist is a good idea.
Try eating bland foods. Also getting rid of all dairy and wheat is a good idea. Add a probiotic daily. You need to get in some protein in the form of lean meat or nuts. Tea and jello are okay but I would get rid of all wheat so no crackers unless they are gluten free. They do make rice crackers. Try rice with some meat (unless you are vegetarian). Use Beano if you are eating beans. Make sure you are drinking lots of water. Applesauce is usually well tolerated. Avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup as that will make the diarrhea much worse.
You may need to get stool studies done for infection and endoscoscopy to look for ulcer or other stomach problems.
I hope you are feeling better soon.
