What Causes Pain In Back Along Right Shoulder Blade?
Question: I have pain in my back along right shoulder blade & down & seems to also be in my stomach area on right side along rib cage. sometimes it really hurts to try & get up when laying down & some times hurts to get up from sitting. I get shots of pain that are like jolts. the rest of time it is like a dull constant pain.

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having a muscular pain.
I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an Orthopedic surgeon.
An MRI of the thoracic region along with following blood investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Serum Calcium.
3. Vitamin D3 levels.
4. CRP.
5. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
6. Chest X - Ray PA view.
You can take painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with serratipeptidase and Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals.
Muscle relaxant like Chloroxazone twice daily along with the painkiller can be taken if muscle spasm is the cause for your pain.
I would advise that you should first get yourself clinically examined and investigated before starting any treatment.
Avoid lifting heavy weights. Hot fomentation and physiotherapy may be helpful to treat the symptoms.
