Brief Answer:
You may have a nerve compression in back

Detailed Answer:
Hello,Welcome to HCM,

I have studied your case and I think that your back pain with leg pain can be due to nerve compression in spine.

This is not related to your bladder problem. When there is disc herniation in back then it can cause such pain. Before I advised you any further I would like to know little detail of the illness.

1.Since when you are having back pain and leg pain?
2.Do you think that pain is like shooting or needle like associated with tingling and numbness?
3.Are you a Diabetic?
4.How this pain started, Did you lifted any heavy weight ?

Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
You need to take muscle relaxant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. It is good that you do not have diabetes or any history of sudden weight lifting in past. Most probably you slept in wrong position or may be sudden bending has cause this.

I have following suggestions for you.

1.Hot water fomentation in back and thigh. You can take hot water bath in tub. Apply volini gel local application on the back twice daily.

2.Tablet Myoril or Myospaz needs to be taken twice daily. These are muscle relaxant and will relieve your spasm.

3.Increase salt intake in diet, take salty lemonade. As some time lack of salt can cause such cramp.

4.Tablet Pregabalin M should be taken at night time.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

I have been addressing a very low iron cout . It was at 6 in December . Could this cause the lack of salt or spasms?

Brief Answer:
Low iron can cause fatigue

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Although iron deficiency can not cause spasm directly but it can cause fatigue and heaviness. Also if there is deficiency of iron then salt and calcium deficiency can also co exist. So in such cases it is better to take salt in water and 1000 mg calcium daily.
thanks
