What Causes Pain In Back Radiating To Groin Area And Legs?

Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern.
The MRI that you have been advised is most probably for the referred pain that you mentioned, though you did not mention the area, i assume the MRI is for the spine.
The presenting complaint is of small bruises along the hip and rib cage on the same side where you experience pain.
I would advise you to go to an E.R immediately to perform an Ultrasound to look for any blood collection or active bleeding.
Coagulation profile ( PT/APTT, INR, ) CBC, should also be done to look for any coagulopathy.
You may also upload a good quality picture of the lesions to have a better look at it. Please mention the medications which you are currently using.
Let me know if you have any query
wishing you best of health
Thanks
