What Causes Pain In Back While Swallowing Or Belching?
Need self management, consult if troble persists
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Back pain could be attributed to gastric discomfort or could be a separate entity as a musculature spasm.
Gastric discomfort like gastritis and GERD causes such symptoms of back pain also called referred pains of gastritis and need diet and lifestyle modifications. Symptomatic treatment with NSAIDs, avoiding spices, smoking, alcohol, soda and other stimulants etc may cause such pain. Take some pepto, avoid dairy products and drink plenty of fluids and prefer fibrous diet and see if it helps.
For the back pain take some acetaminophen and muscle relaxants like skelaxin. Lying flat on the surface and doing some yoga and rest will help as well. Get some massage therapies done and see if it helps. I am sure these home remedies will fix the issue.
If the pain persists i would like you to seek a doctor and get some baseline work up done to rule out any worrisome cause of such referred pain like gastritis pancreatitis etc.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
