Brief Answer:
Eustachian tube blockage
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the complaints it seems that your mother is probably suffering from eustachian tube blockage caused by nasal congestion or throat infection in the recent leading to middle ear pressure and pain.
The pain on swallowing is because of this only.
Please tell me does she have any history of frequent nasal or throat infection?
Any history of post nasal drip?
Any audiometry or otoscopy Done?
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards

Hi
Thanks for the information.
From the complaints and the audiometry report it seems to be middle ear cause only.
Give her tablet levocetrizine plus phenylepherine twice daily and xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day.
Give her steam inhalation and make her chew a gum that will help to decongestant the eustachian tube and relieve symptoms.
Also send me the picture of her throat to evaluate the tonsil area.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Take all medicines for a week.
Wishing her a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards
