Brief Answer:
Not related to fibroid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The sharp pain in the buttock on sitting with a frequency of urination are not related to the fibroid in your uterus. The pain on sitting can be a muscle pain or due to a nerve root compression at the level of lumbar spine due to age related changes in the spine.
The frequency of urination can be due to diabetes or urinary infection. A simple urine test will help in finding out the cause.
You can consult your orthopedician for a physical examination to detect the cause of pain. Doing a hot compress and taking a mild pain killer after meals will help you till then.
I hope this answers your query.
